Gandom tea-house was an Interior design project whose it had needs a complete renovation. A 45 meters shop is located in the Bahar district of Tehran, Iran.
The contract was signed in September 2012, and about two mounts later, it was delivered to the client for the opening ceremony.
The design of this project, like most Fakhimi designs, has been done in a Fusion style.
Creative application of traditional Iranian calligraphy in designing this project, in addition to the use of various lighting, involves ambient, task, and accent through hidden or direct lighting; indoor fountains and plants are all elements of the design of this project.
The project is honored at the 6th Iranian Interior Architecture Festival.
